CHECKING YOUR DETAILS
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to HADA Curtain & Decor, you may contact us via e-mail. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. Return Policy
We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. However, there might be chances when you need to return goods to us. So what can we do when we meet this situation? Goods sold are not refundable.
Goods may only be exchangeable if the product received is not as ordered or the product has manufacturing defects. Please refer to the following:

​We do not offer refund. Once the order is confirmed, goods are neither refundable nor exchangeable, unless the order made is out-of-stock.
Custom Made Curtain, Blinds and Wallpaper
If the purchased products are found to have size error, colour error, defect or damaged during the installation, our technician will take back the wrong or unsatisfied products with them for further verification. Once our quality control team deems the returned product faulty, we will carry out the alteration or product exchange within 6-10 days and return to the customer for installation.

Please note, orders after confirmation are not eligible for exchange. However, if your purchased products are found to have manufacturing defects such as size error, colour error or damaged after the pick-up or delivery, please contact our Customer Careline at 03-8922 3120 in order to request for an exchange. You may show us pictures, screenshots or even videos of the incorrect or faulty items through WhatsApp at 019-2730373 together with personal details as listed below. After discussing with our customer careline, you can return in the original packages either to our HQ or deliver back to us by any courier services. All accessories and documents should be included. When we receive the returned products, we will verify the issue. Once the item is deemed faulty, we will then do alteration or exchange the product in 6-10 days.

However, if you wish to modify the size of your customised products, you will have to pay for the alteration as well as the courier fees.
Deposit Payment
All deposit are not refundable. However, it is exchangeable with any HADA Curtain & Decor products which are lower or equal value of the deposit amount. If the exchanged product has a higher value than the deposit payment, it will require a payment for the price difference.
Refund
Refunds are accepted if items returned within 10 days of receipt (for local and international orders) and subject to below terms & conditions :
• incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product;
• customized orders, clearance, sales items, and add on items are non-returnable and non-refunded.
Clearance Item
All CLEARANCE items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Customer is advised to check the condition of the product prior to purchase.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Street names and Postcode must be correct and accurate.

If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, PLEASE DO NOT accept the parcel.

If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.

We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.
Delivery Lead Time

Confirmed orders will be processed within the next one (1) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.

Sales, Promotions & Festives Periods

During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.

For festive seasons, please place your order 20 (twenty) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
Warranty Policy
Curtain and Curtain Track

Curtain : Up to 1-3 days for custom made curtains (fabric from RM30 per meter above) installed by us.

Curtain Track : Up to 36 months for Premium Hotel Track Set.
What is not covered under our service warranty
-
Wear & tear of product.
-
Damage or spoilage due to own negligence or more serious ; wreckages caused by natural disaster such as flood, thunderstorm , etc.

Loss or pilferage of products.
-
Incorrect handling or use which includes abuse.
-
Incorrect use of cleaning agents or neglected maintenance care.
-
Discolouration of product/s not limited to tracks, hooks, fabrics, pulleys, rail tracks , etc due to paint wearing off or electroplating peeling off.
Care and maintenance

Never wash in washing machine, keep your curtain dust-free by regular gentle vacuuming with the appropriate attachment or dry cleaning service.

As noted, we will service our products for free during the period, and this service is also available for a charge after the period ends.

Term of Payment
The Buyer shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods using the various payment methods made available on the Platform. The payment methods may also be subject to the following terms:
Deposit Payment Terms

HADA Curtain & Decor requires a minimum deposit of 70% for your requested sales order to confirm your order. Meanwhile, the balance must be paid within three (3) days prior installation. We cannot guarantee your order until your payment has been received.

All of the deposit paid by buyer are strictly not refundable and validity for eighteen (18) months only. However, it is exchangeable with any HADA Curtain & Decor products which are lower or equal value of the deposit amount. If the exchanged product has a higher value than the deposit payment, it will require a payment for the price difference.

Surcharge fees should be applied for installation job cancellation or postpone when notice given are less than 24 hours.
-
Any customized curtains not collected within 12 months from the Sales Order date will be forfeited.
